Technology Academies
The Youth Technology Academy (YTA) is designed to prepare young people, grades 7-12, for technical and engineering careers by providing them with academic, applied-technical, and work-readiness training.
Through academic study, as well as participation in competitive events and community-based outreach activities, students leave the program with the technical skills, work ethic, and confidence to pursue their next step.
Youth Technology Teams
The Youth Technology Academy has three team options students can choose from: the Varsity FIRST Robotics Team 120, the VEX Team and the drone team. These teams provide students with engineering experience, the guidance of industry mentors and the fun of competition.
